Zen meditation
01Silent sitting that brings the body and mind back to the breath of the forest.
La Cara
A circle of women gathered in the lush, fertile embrace of the Osa rainforest — where the same deep elements as our individual healing container are held in group energy.
The circle
We work with the same sacred elements as our individual healing container, yet here the focus is on group energy. Together we honour the elements through ceremony, shamanic drumming and singing that stirs the blood, and dances that open the body to remember what the mind has forgotten. You walk with indigenous women through the living jungle, learning from those who have listened to the forest for generations.

What we work with
Our days are woven from the practices below — held in the energy of the group, where each woman's presence lifts the others.
Please understand that the sequence of the individual components depends on my personal decisions during the process, in order to capture the magic of the moment and honor the ongoing interaction with the spirits of the ancestors and nature.
Silent sitting that brings the body and mind back to the breath of the forest.
Guided practices to honour the grandmothers and the lineage that walks beside us.
Hands-on energy work, given and received within the circle.
Drums, singing bowls and the voice of the jungle — a sonic bath for the nervous system.
Gentle, breath-led movement adapted to the group on each given day.
Slow, rooted forms to circulate chi and align with the elements around you.
Walking the living rainforest with women who have listened to it for generations.
Learning the names, the uses and the spirits of the plants that grow on the finca.
Elemental rituals held in circle — to ground, to release, to renew.
Meeting the guardians that arrive in dreams and in the forest.
An intuitive mirror to help name what is already moving within you.
Nourishing, seasonal meals cooked with love from the garden and the land.
Every plate is adapted to your body, your allergies and your way of eating.
Walking the jungle after dark — letting the darkness become a teacher rather than a fear.
An open-hearted ritual with sacred cacao to soften and connect the circle.
Encounters with the elder trees and plant beings that hold this land.
