Sacred 5-dimensional architecture at Tierra Santa, glowing at sunset on the Osa Peninsula
Private healing journeys · By invitation

For the leaders of the New Earth.

A private container for real change — where the universe and the Earth meet.

You cannot heal something with the same means that made it sick. Tierra Santa is a 5-dimensional sacred architecture in the Costa Rican rainforest, designed and held by Kathrin Schmack for those ready to step out of the system and into themselves.

A word from Kathrin

I try to listen to the Earth — and to let my hands be of service to what wants to heal.

My work with Reiki and the practices I've been entrusted with are simply a way of making space. The healing itself doesn't belong to me — it belongs to something far older, and to the person who is ready to receive it.

Over the years I've had the privilege of walking beside many people on their own journeys, and I've seen quiet, lasting change unfold. That is what keeps me here.

I stepped away from a faster life because I came to believe we can't truly heal inside the very patterns that wear us down. So, slowly, I tried to build something gentler — and to keep learning from those who know far more than I do.

The promise of Blue Morpho

A high-end container for those who long for real change.

What follows are the four tenets of Blue Morpho — the individual healing journey at the heart of Tierra Santa.

01

One soul at a time

Each journey is built around one person (or one couple). No groups, no shared agenda — only your nervous system, your story, your spirits.

02

A space that does half the work

The land, the architecture and the silence here are not the setting of the healing — they are part of it.

03

Held by lineage

Reiki, shamanic practice, ancestor work, Feng Shui and 5-dimensional design — woven into a single, living practice.

04

For those who lead

An offering for the builders, founders, healers and elders of what comes next — people whose own clarity has a ripple effect on the world.

BLUE MORPHO
The primary offering · By appointment · Year-round

Individual Healing.
Blue Morpho.

A fully private container for one person or one couple. Every day is shaped around you — your body, your ancestors, your readiness. Sixteen sacred practices, woven together in the rhythm of the moment: Zen meditation, Reiki, ancestor work, sound, yoga, Qi Gong, plant medicine education, fire and water ceremonies, cacao, tarot, work with the tree and animal spirits of the finca, and an Ayurvedic-inspired cuisine adapted to your body.

A high-priced, high-end offering — built on decades of practice and reserved for those ready to invest in a true threshold.

The Place

A 5-dimensional architecture, aligned with Orion's Belt.

This is not a lodge. It is a magical place I designed and built to hold transformation. The power of the universe — carried through the Orion Belt — meets the living power of the Earth here, and the architecture itself becomes co-healer. Embedded in every angle, every threshold and every line of sight is sacred knowledge — and that knowledge is what I now use to accompany those who come.

In Sacred Alliance

The Ngäbe-Buglé — wisdom-keepers of this land.

Tierra Santa stands on territory long held sacred by the Ngäbe-Buglé, the largest indigenous nation of Costa Rica and Panama. For years I have walked alongside their elders, healers and song-keepers — receiving teachings on the medicinal plants of the rainforest, the spirits of the rivers and mountains, and the ancient ceremonies of fire, earth and water that still pulse through the Diquís region.

This is not folklore. It is a living lineage. Their generosity, trust and ongoing presence are woven into every healing journey held here.

“The land remembers. The elders remember. We are simply the bridge.”

How they accompany the journeys

  • Wisdom-keepers of the tribe are present as guardians and co-holders during ceremony.
  • Teachings on the medicinal plants and trees of the Osa Peninsula.
  • Songs, prayers and offerings in the Ngäbere language to open and close sacred space.
  • Guidance in the fire, earth and water ceremonies passed down through their lineage.
  • Permission and blessing from the elders for every guest who steps onto this land.
  • A reciprocal relationship — a portion of every journey supports their community.

The Guide

Kathrin Schmack.

Architect. Feng Shui Master. Author. Founder.

For three decades, Kathrin has built a quiet international reputation as one of the rare practitioners who unites the rigour of European architecture with the spatial wisdom of the East. A German interior architect by training, awarded the Deutscher Innenarchitekturpreis in 1997, she went on to study for years with Grand Master Yap Cheng Hai — one of the foremost authorities of classical Feng Shui — and was certified as a Feng Shui Master in that lineage.

From that meeting of disciplines she developed SpiritPlanning®, her own architectural method: a synthesis of Daoist harmony and Western building culture that has shaped private homes, public projects and the representative interiors of the Universitätsklinikum Essen. She is the founder of Genius Loci Baukultur GmbH, author of SpiritPlanning: CoCreation, and a lecturer at the Peter Behrens School of Arts in Düsseldorf.

Feng Shui, in its original form, is not decoration — it is a shamanic wisdom, an indigenous knowledge of how the living forces of land, ancestors and cosmos shape a human life. Thirty years inside that lineage have become Kathrin's bridge to the Ngäbe-Buglé: in this knowledge she and the wisdom-keepers of the tribe meet as equals, because — beneath different languages and landscapes — it is the same knowing.

Today she lives and works on the Peninsula de Osa in Costa Rica, where she designed and built Tierra Santa — a 5-dimensional sacred architecture — and where she accompanies, by appointment only, the individual healing journeys of those who come seeking real change.

“Let us build the future upon ancient wisdom. Every home is a temple — and every temple, a path back to ourselves.”
— Kathrin Schmack

A spiritual vita

Known among the Ngäbe as “the pure one”, Kathrin identifies as an indigenous transcultural feminine presence with European roots. After an initiation with the puma spirit on the beach of Matapalo, she began a long study of the I Ching, and is currently translating its sixty-four hexagrams into a calendar system within an expanded spatial dimension — a work she dedicates to the children of the world.

Her practice walks beside indigenous elders, ecologists and educators, and is rooted in the conviction that nature itself is the ultimate teacher.
