Kathrin's path began in architecture — in a world that measured value in what could be built, owned and seen. Yet early on, she sensed that a room is more than matter. It holds memory, directs energy and influences how we think, feel and live. Classical Feng Shui gave precision to this perception: for 25 years she has worked with the living frequencies of space.
This spiritual view of architecture gradually brought the foundations of the materialist, patriarchal system into question. Kathrin no longer wanted to create within structures that separated reason from intuition, people from nature and healing from everyday life. She stepped out of the old order — not to turn away from the world, but to make room for another one.
On the Osa Peninsula, that decision became Tierra Santa. Here, rainforest, architecture and ancient knowledge meet in a place designed to raise awareness and make genuine transformation possible. Kathrin understands Tierra Santa as a threshold into a new frequency — an invitation to release old imprints, return to one's own truth and become ready for the New Earth.
“I did not leave the old system to escape the world. I left it to help create a new one.”
